Caliper Studio
Caliper Studio, founded in 2003, offers a full range of design, fabrication and installation services. Their fabrication shop works on a wide range of architectural metal projects and understands the challenges presented by increasingly complex components and systems. Every project is approached with a progressive sensibility and skill, integrating CNC fabrication technologies with traditional craft to best satisfy design intent, material and building science and environmental sustainability. Comprehensive problem solving and an innate understanding of design and detailing sets Caliper Studio apart from other fabrication shops. Caliper Studio specializes in fabricating, finishing and installing all commonly used metals including carbon and stainless steels, aluminum, bronze, and zinc. Other scope involving glass, wood, acrylic polymers, and LED lighting is often incorporated and benefits from Caliper’s extensive project experience with these materials.

Custom Laser Cut Steel
This steel tripod bar stool is available standard with a custom formed clear acrylic seat. However, we invite you to explore the possibilities of other acrylic colors and seat material such as wood, metal or Corian to meet your design needs. CNC laser cut parts and an acme threaded rod allow for 360 degree rotation and height adjustment. Designed and fabricated by Caliper Studio in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Currently in the showroom.
